儀器描述

Histo-Tek® VP1TM組織處理機是在一個脫水缸中自動執行一系列組織處理步驟，其中包括固定、脫水、脫脂與石蠟浸潤，完成病理檢體處理後，即可用於組織學研究與試驗。

主要特點

  • 觸控式彩色螢幕：觸控式操作，可選擇與監控步驟流程。
  • 高容量：最高量可達300個包埋盒。
  • 溶液槽數量多：10個藥液槽、4個石蠟槽和2個清洗槽。
  • 提高石蠟浸潤效果：具有多達14個步驟可提升石蠟浸潤的效果，可處理不同大小的組織檢體。
  • 檢體處理安全性高：檢體處理過程皆在密閉式的脫水缸中。
  • 工作流程效率高：將包埋盒放入鐵架盒內，讓機器方便識別、處理，並讓使用者方便轉移至包埋機進行包埋。
  • 環境安全性高：封閉性空間和活性炭過濾器可保護使用者免於有毒氣體的危害。

使用說明

  • 機體所需之石蠟、甲苯和酒精由共儀提供。

預約注意說明

  • 目前僅提供專人服務，不開放自行操作
  • 標準脫水工作時程為14小時，，另需清洗管路1小時，於隔日上午9:00前取出檢體，放置於包埋。
  • 使用標準脫水工作時程，收件時間為當日16:30前，請送至A432室。
  • 要使用其他脫水工作時程者，請先與管理員聯繫討論。

Description

The Histo-Tek® VPTM tissue processor automatically performs in a single processing retort a series of tissue processing steps, including fixation, dehydration, defatting and paraffin infiltration, to prepare pathological samples for histological studies and tests conducted in the fields of pathology, anatomy, clinical pathology, etc.

Main specifications

  • Color touch panel: Navigating the color screen is easy, allowing the monitoring of the system operation.
  • High capacity: Load up to 300 cassettes
  • Number of reagent bottles: 10 processing reagent bottles, 4 paraffin container and 2 cleaning reagent bottles
  • Improved infiltration: Up to 14 steps providing high quality infiltration, from tiny biopsies to large surgical tissues.
  • Specimen safety: Specimens stay in the enclosed retort during the entire process.
  • Workflow efficiency: The convenient baskets organize the cassettes for easy identification, processing and transfer to embedding.
  • Environment safety: The enclosed system and the activated carbon filters protect users from toxic fumes.

Precautions for user

  • Solution, paraffin wax, xylene and ethanol, for vacuum infiltration processorare provided from our core.

Hint

  • The standard protocol takes about 14 hours including 1 hours cleaning tubes. Please make a reservation for today 19:00 to tomorrow 9:00 for tissue processing and tomorrow 9:00~10:00 for cleaning tubes.
  • If user needs to change the protocol, please tell our administrator of the core.
