儀器描述
Tissue-Tek® TECTM 5具有包埋系統及冷卻系統，由單一微電腦主控面板操作共通連結，用於進行組織的石蠟包埋。
主要特點
- 控制面板：兩行式LCD螢幕顯示面板，可調控溫度、開/關機時間等功能
- 石蠟熔蠟槽：容量為4公升且底部有濾網，可濾出碎片
- 預熱槽：溫度範圍50~75℃，以1℃為單位調整
- 加熱盤：每一側可容納10個包埋盒；溫度範圍50~75℃，以1℃為單位調整
- 電冷式包埋冰盤：符合所有基本模式的大小
- 石蠟分注器：可調整流量大小，且可使用腳踏板控制
- 冷卻盤：可置放60個包埋盒；溫度範圍-10~0℃，以1℃為單位調整

Description
The Tissue-Tek® TEC™ 5 Tissue Embedding Console System consists of two modules, embedding module and cryo module, to use as an ergonomic workstation for the production of tissue embedded paraffin blocks.
Main specifications
- Control panel: 2 lines LCD display, menu driven, display of temperatures and optional modes for both modules, auto/manual mode key
- Paraffin pot: 4-liter with a filter mesh at the bottom to capture debris
- Heated chambers: Temperature range 50 to 75°C in 1°C steps.
- Heated spot:
Ample working surface able to hold up to 10 cassettes on each side.
Temperature range is 50 to 75°C in 1°C steps. - Cold spot: Accepts all sizes of base molds.
- Paraffin dispenser: optimized flow rate, adjustable, optional foot switch
- Cryo module:
Handles up to 60 blocks.
Temperature adjustable from 0°C down to -10°C in steps of 1°C.
Precautions for user
- Paraffin wax is provided from our core.
