儀器特點
- 最高轉速可達26,000rpm，最大容量可達6L，而且具備控溫系統 (溫度範圍:-10℃ ~ +40℃)。
- 儀器設備：
■ JA-25.50 Fixed Angle Rotor (最大容量: 8 x 50ml，最高轉速: 25,000 rpm或75,600g)
■ JLA-16.250 Light Rotor (最大容量: 6 x 250ml最高轉速: 16,000rpm或38,500g)
■ J-Lite JLA-9.1000 Light Rotor (最大容量: 4 x 1,000ml，最高轉速: 9,000rpm或16,800g) - 使用說明：需自備離心管。

Description
The Avanti J-26XP is a refrigerated centrifuge that generatescentrifugal forces required for a wide variety of applications. Together with the Beckman Coulter rotors designed for use in this
■ centrifuge, applications include:
- Routine processing such as sample preparations, pelleting, extractions, purifications, concentrations, phase separations, and spin column and spin filter centrifugations.
- Rapid sedimentation of protein precipitates, large particles, and cell debris.
- Preparation of subcellular organelles such as mitochondria, nuclei, chloroplasts, and crude microsomes.
- Separation of blood cells and cellular components.
- Pelleting of prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells
- Gradient separation, for example, Ficoll-Hypaque1 and Percoll
- Nucleic acid precipitation.
- Virus isolation.
- Bacteriophage isolation.
