3. 認證：如預約時段遲到15分鐘即取消認證時段。如預約下午2-3點認證，2:15分後即視為遲到。

儀器特點
- 直接將轉殖物送達至細胞核，不需透過病毒亦可有高核轉染效率，轉染後 2~8 小時即可 觀察基因表現
- 高存活率！使用 Conductive polymer 材質，降低金屬離子對細胞的傷害，效率可超過 90%
- Nucleofector ™ 技術是 CRISPR 基因組編輯工具的可靠轉染方法

可用相同的條件轉染 plasmid、DNA、mRNA、PCR cassettes 或 ssODN

目前配置有X unit，為適用於懸浮細胞的功能模組，使用 single cuvette，可同時轉殖 2 個細胞樣品，每個反應體積為 100 µl，適用細胞數為 2 x 10⁵ to 2 x 10⁷ 細胞。使用 16-well strip，可同時轉殖 16 個細胞樣品，每個反應體積為 20 µl，適用細胞數為 2 x 10⁴ ~ 1 x 10⁶ 細胞。

We have X Unit can handle two types of vessels: Single 100 μL Nucleocuvette TM Vessels for cell numbers from 2 x 10⁵ to 2 x 10⁷ cells , 16-well strip 20 μL NucleocuvetteTM Strips for cell numbers from 2 x 10⁴ to 1 x 10⁶ cells
