儀器特點
Chirascan V100 使圓二色譜分析以雪崩光電二極管偵測器 (Avalanche photodiode detector) 取代傳統光電倍增管 (photomultiplier)以提高靈敏度，而基於光學多波長效準確保數據的準確性。應用軟體更包含分析連續多波長變溫實驗的全球熱力學分析軟件。
| 1.用於研究生物大分子的二級結構和三級結構、 2.用於生物大分子、有機高分子的熱穩定性研究； 3.用於各類手性化合物的手性立體結構研究； 4.用於分子間相互作用的毫秒級的快速反應動力學機理研究（反應速度、短時間存在過的中間過渡態）等。 特點： 有效可檢測光譜範圍寬： 175-1700nm ； 樣品種類：液體。 工作模式：靜態檢測、動力學檢測。 多種光源可選擇。 可提供服務： 1.提供各類樣品的靜態圓二色CD檢測； 2.提供各類樣品的反應動力學分析檢測； 3.提供儀器的測試使用； |
使用前須知
樣品要求：以吸光度在0.2-2.0AU之間來準備樣品。
1.蛋白質（多肽）溶液：分子量低於10000時，建議1mg/mL；大於10000時，建議0.5mg/mL。溶液裡不能含有DMF或DMSO。如使用除純水以外的溶劑，需隨樣品提供少量該溶劑。
2.核酸和其它有機小分子以及配位化合物：用1mm或10mm光程的比色皿測量時吸收值低於2.0，並且隨樣品提供UV-Vis圖譜。
3.固體：可以製成薄膜，或者溶劑揮發後能夠粘附在石英玻璃片上，或者製成KCl或KBr壓片，或者有足夠的量蓋住13mm直徑的石英片用於漫反射測試。
